Croak!
Croak is one of our two happy mascots! Croak was made early on in the founding of Silverlake City as it is well known to the residents here that the lake is home to hundreds of frogs every year! Thanks to the richness of the lake, which our city strived to preserve, there are thousands of species of frog and toads born at the lake!
My Story
Croak was the first mascot made for Silverlake City. They were inspired by the many frogs that spawn at the lake. Croak looks inspired by a poison dart frog with their bright colors and radiant palette. This is because the Silverlake City hosts a small event called the "Backlight night". These are nights on a full moon when after the normal hours, normal lights go off and black lights come on, revealing glowing markings on the animated mascot and glowing decorations on the walls of all the buildings. The animated mascot then has free-roam capabilities and will interact with guests and other mascots! When our mascots are not dancing in the Blacklight festival they can be seen cheering on our local sports teams, helping cheer up hospitalized citizens or even helping to remove the garbage from the local dump! They are truly the icons of love and community service!
